Account Manager - Position Currently Open
As our Key Contact for our Client's Company Benefits Administration, the following skills are necessary to provide our clients with Top Level Service:
- Direct Management of ongoing client service, which involves working with clientele and with insurance carrier personnel.
- Capability of maintaining clear communication channels with our client's, in house producers and insurance carrier representatives.
- Proactively identify problems and develop a summary and a strategic solution
- Detail Oriented, capability of installing new group insurance plans for existing and new clients by matching current resources and client needs.
- Proactively identify upcoming Individual & Group Renewals.
- Liaisions between our client's and our vendors providing our Integrated Solutions Package.
- Capability of effectively handling any service requests and proactively following up to insure that all requests are quickly and fully resolved.
- Maintaining and effectively organizing client information
- Maintaining and effectively utilizing our in house CRM Software
- Work with and sell new clients between one and 15 employees.
- Must be very proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Outlook
- Pay includes Base + Commissions, Health and Dental Coverage.
Benefits Consultant - Position Currently Available
As a key producer, you must have a keen eye for creating strategies for businesses up to 250 employees that will in the long term produce results driven pricing on your Employee Benefits. You will also become a specialist in working with companies that are in the Specialized Carrier and Rigging Industry. Compensation Commensurate with Experience. Benefits include Health & Dental.
